I create wellness…

Believing that one thought changed my life.

I spent quite a few years in an autoimmune black-hole.

I spent money on specialty labs I didn’t need.

I spent too much time on mind-drama that didn’t serve me.

I avoided hard things because I thought they’d be too painful.

I didn’t know how allow the negative emotions.

I didn’t know how to cultivate the positive emotions.

At my core, I didn’t believe I would ever be well.

The very first thing I did to turn my ship around was I worked on my belief.

I tried out the thought: “I create wellness” and I kept trying it out and trying it out and trying it out. I tried it out everyday.

If you’re stuck in symptom purgatory, borrow this thought: “I create wellness”.

You may not believe this at first. Totally fair.

Belief + some skilled guidance = A wellness strategy.
