A microbiome love story...

Made a new microbiome mash today.

A $27 mash that will last me 3-4 months.

1. Go pick out 15-20 herbs, fruits, veggies that you never or rarely eat - any color of the rainbow and don't overthink it.

2. Wash and pulverize through a food processor. Don't have a food processor? Borrow a friend's.

3. Store in glass containers in your freezer.

4. Take out a little each week for what amounts to about 2 Tbs/day. Throw in smoothies, sauces, salads.

If your intestines can withstand plant fibers, this is the best way I know to create diversity and build gut integrity.

This batch cost me about $27 for a rich organic medley.

This batch also cost me about 45 minutes in time for a 3 month ROI of gut diversity and zero probiotics.

Attempt this at home and report back.

Love,

Dr. Vanessa
